Justine Almanza plays a vital role in the operational and administrative success of the Family

Medicine Residency Program. As the Program Coordinator, she works closely with Faculty,

Residents and institutional leadership to coordinate clinical schedules, manage program logistics,

and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.



Justine oversees the day-to-day coordination of Resident rotations, evaluations, and program

activities across multiple clinical sites. She is instrumental in supporting key initiatives related to

ACGME requirements, program development, and continuous quality improvement.
