Our mission is to minimize disparities in healthcare access and outcomes by providing superior quality patient-centered healthcare through an integrated delivery system for underserved and vulnerable multi-ethnic communities in our service areas.
Sliding Fees & Insurance
Central Neighborhood Health Foundation serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. We also accept health insurance plans including Medicare and Medi-Cal. Discounts for services are offered depending upon income and family size.
Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA)
This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
